This role requires 5+ years in residential sales or real estate management, strong communication, and ability to manage closing processes with lenders and internal teams. Regular on-site presence and leadership across promotions are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in residential sales or real estate management.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with homebuilder New Home Sales is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team and drive accountability.
• Mentor New Home Consultants with ongoing coaching and goal setting.
• Foster a collaborative sales environment and align with business objectives.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee all aspects of the sales department across products and markets.
• Visit communities weekly to provide on-site leadership and strategy.
• Lead promotional events and sales meetings to boost engagement.
• Monitor mortgage statuses and ensure smooth closings with lenders.
