Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales, business development, building technologies, or related industry.
• 5+ years of leadership experience coaching sales or business development professionals in a complex environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales, business development, market growth, or strategic account plans.
• Experience forecasting pipelines and managing opportunity progression.
• Ability to lead cross-functional selling across sales, business units, and technical teams.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willing to travel 15-20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives.
• Drive annual Order Intake growth while maintaining margin discipline.
• Develop long-range sales and market development strategies aligned with area objectives.
• Guide BDMs in identifying opportunities, building pipeline, and expanding Siemens’ presence.
• Coach Sales Executives in opportunity development, negotiations, and execution.
• Maintain pipeline health, forecasting discipline, and account development plans.
• Foster collaboration across Siemens Smart Infrastructure and other units.
