Siemens is hiring a Project Manager to facilitate the execution of sub-project plans for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs within our Buildings group near Morristown, NJ, serving customers in the greater New York City area.

You will be responsible for billing, job cost reporting, and delivering results across multiple projects while guiding staff and coordinating with subcontractors. HVAC/MEP knowledge and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or Associate degree required.
• Able to work in a team and support customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Verbal and written English communication skills.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• HVAC industry knowledge; ability to read MEP drawings and electrical/network diagrams.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet protocols.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license; eligible for Siemens fleet program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver multiple small to medium projects.
• Maintain project schedules and manage subcontractors.
• Track project costs, billing, and customer satisfaction.
• Guide technical and administrative staff.
• Review plans, drawings, and documents to define project intent.
• Pursue change orders and billing opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.
