Job summary

Placemakr is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and manage budgets across our property. You will coach and develop a diverse team, partner with property and non‑property leaders, and ensure top‑quartile service levels while maximizing NOI.

You will oversee front and back‑of‑house operations, train staff, and implement company SOPs, all while maintaining a strong safety and compliance mindset. A hands‑on, results‑driven leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate leadership experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role within multi‑family real estate or similar.
• 1+ year leadership across multiple departments.
• Experience with scheduling, training and developing non‑exempt employees.
• Proven track record of operational and financial success and cost management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest and team experiences and lead a high‑performing team.
• Collaborate with property and non‑property leaders to ensure cohesive operations.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment and drive budget reporting and accountability.
• Drive overall property performance including NOI and customer satisfaction.
• Own and implement talent initiatives in partnership with PX and TA teams.
• Oversee Front of House, Back of House, and administrative functions to SOPs.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and advocate Placemakr community norms.
