Placemakr, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead property operations and staff across our portfolio. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and a people-first culture, reporting to Area leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold our standards.

You will manage front and back of house operations, training, and budgeting while guiding multi-department teams toward sustainable growth and customer satisfaction across Placemakr properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, communications, hospitality, or related field.
• 2+ years in a leadership role in retail, hospitality, multi-family or similar environment.
• Experience leading multi-department teams and managing budgets.
• Proven ability to train and develop teams, hire and engage staff.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead property teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.
• Collaborate across property and non-property leaders to drive NOI and budget adherence.
• Provide training and development for staff on SOPs and programs.
• Own Front of House, Back of House, and admin functions to meet standards.
• Partner with PX and TA for talent acquisition and recruiting at the property.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to policies and emergency protocols.
• Drive pricing strategy and occupancy targets in collaboration with Sales and Revenue.
• Foster a one-team culture and act as a people-first leader.
