Job summary

Placemakr seeks a General Manager to lead day‑to‑day property operations, guest experience, and financial performance. You’ll manage a diverse team, drive service excellence, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with owners and corporate functions.

This is a hands‑on leadership role at a Placemakr property across the US. You’ll oversee staffing, training, budgeting, and strategic initiatives, while maintaining a culture of accountability, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in management, business, hospitality or related field.
• 3+ years in a leadership role in retail, food & beverage, hospitality or similar environment.
• 1+ years’ experience leading multiple departments; cross-functional leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your property team to deliver top service and financial performance.
• Drive flexible scheduling, safety, and adherence to standards across front and back of house.
• Partner with Area and non‑property leadership to implement scalable processes.
• Own property budget and manage operating metrics to achieve NOI targets.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to hire and retain top talent.
