Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 15 years in Architecture or Interior Design with 5+ years writing specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with construction materials and codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive project manuals from information provided by Management Teams.
• Develop specifications and client masters and support submittal review.
• Review comments with Management Team and respond to questions.
• Mentor junior staff and stay knowledgeable about products and industry standards.
• Be a general resource to the company in answering technical questions.
