Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Engineers & Planners, Inc. seeks a Senior Architectural Designer to implement design, construction documents, permitting, bidding and construction administration.

You will coordinate with disciplines and clients to deliver complete architectural solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role requires eight years of experience and advanced knowledge of codes, along with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and BIM design software.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience as Architectural Graduate or Project Coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Maintains CP/Client standards and QC throughout projects.
• Assists PM in setting scope and budget.
• Main P.O.C. for a project or running projects.
• Provides full CA services.
• Prepares plans and details from sketches/redlines.
• Coordinates Owner revisions, RFIs, and AHJ comments.
• Coordinates peer review and QC of documents.
