Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Engineers & Planners, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Architectural Project Coordinator to oversee design, construction documents, permitting, bidding and construction administration for multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has eight years of experience as an Architectural Graduate or Project Coordinator, a thorough understanding of building methods, and advanced knowledge of applicable codes, with the ability to act as main P.O.C.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience as an Architectural Graduate or Project Coordinator.
• Thorough understanding of building construction methods and techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains C-P/Client standards and QC throughout projects.
• Assist PM in setting scope and budget.
• Assists client's interests in public hearings & mtgs.
• Serving as the main P.O.C. for a project or running projects.
• Assists in providing full CA services.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and AHJs.
• Produce CDs and specifications; ensure plans meet standards.
• Manage permitting and bidding processes.
