Job summary

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Engineers & Planners, Inc. seeks a Senior Architectural Designer to implement architectural projects from Design through Construction Administration. You will coordinate with disciplines and clients, lead projects, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

The role requires eight years of experience and strong BIM software expertise, with ability to manage permits, bidding, and CA services across complex projects in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

Eight years of experience as Architectural Graduate or Project Coordinator.
Thorough understanding of building construction methods and techniques.
Advanced knowledge of applicable codes.

Responsibilities

Maintains C-P/Client standards and QC throughout projects.
Assists PM in setting scope and budget.
Assists client's interests in public hearings & mtgs.
Main P.O.C. for a project or running projects.
Assists in providing full CA services.
Assists in proposal preparation.
Run projects with minimal oversight from PM/PA.
Designs CDs and has understanding of specs.
Research and apply applicable codes; coordinate with AHJs.
