Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a field supervision leader for the piping scope on a Houston API manufacturing facility project. You will direct direct hire work, plan safety, quality and technical activities, coordinating with foremen to align with the project schedule.

The role requires strong supervision of up to 50 craft personnel, solid knowledge of piping installation, welding, NDE and testing, and a track record of delivering safe, quality work on large-scale facilities.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supervising piping construction and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct assigned piping craft activities with daily planning and safety.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field engineering, and craftsmen to meet schedule.
• Ensure work uses approved design docs and complies with ES&H and quality standards.
• Support team development through coaching and performance feedback.
