Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a supervisory field construction professional for Clay, NY. The role oversees architectural discipline activities, directs Craft Professionals, and coordinates subcontractors to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and substantial experience with industrial construction, building envelope, and interior finishes, ensuring alignment with current design documents and project standards.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Direct Hire Craft Professional workforce and large architectural scopes on industrial/commercial projects.
• Knowledge of supervisory functions related to field activities and use of common software for scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct operations within assigned architectural discipline.
• Provide daily direction to Craft Professionals and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure safety standards and project specifications are followed and that design changes are approved before implementation.
