United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Field Engineering Leader for the Clay, NY project in the Manufacturing and Technology unit. You will manage a team, oversee work planning, material management, safety, quality control, subcontracts, and system turnover to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of experience in field engineering for large projects. Relocation is authorized nationwide; this is a full-time Office/Project position at Clay, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field engineering activities and interface with site operations.
• Lead development of staffing plan and requisitions for field engineering.
• Review inspection plans and ensure safety, quality and documentation readiness.
