• Bachelor of Architecture (5-year) or Master of Architecture (6-year) from NAAB-accredited school.
• Active in the AXP program and in the process of ARE.
• Minimum 3 years’ related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review design computations, drawings, and plans for technical accuracy and constructability.
• Coordinate project submissions and timelines.
• Develop and review detailed specifications, reports, and correspondence.
• Conduct field inspections to verify design intent and code compliance.
• Apply building codes and QA/QC processes to ensure regulatory compliance and quality.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, aiding timely delivery.
• Provide mentorship and support to Architectural Associates and interns.
