Larson Design Group seeks a Senior Architect to lead project teams, partner with clients and developers, and ensure design intent and schedule compliance. You will transform client vision into high-performance spaces, mentoring staff and guiding complex design processes.

The role calls for a 12+ year track record, RA with NCARB, and expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp and related software. A flexible work environment and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (5-year) or Master of Architecture (6-year) from a NAAB-accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 12 years of job-related experience.
• Registered Architect (RA) with NCARB certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and architectural design of projects with advanced design expertise and schedule-driven work.
• Review and refine work to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
• Prepare detailed construction documents with constructability and coordination focus.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with internal disciplines, consultants, developers, and contractors across all phases.
• Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
