Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited architecture degree (B.Arch 5‑yr or M.Arch 6‑yr) required.
• 12+ years of job-related architectural experience.
• RA licensure with NCARB certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and architectural design of projects, managing complex, schedule-driven work.
• Review and refine work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Prepare and oversee detailed construction documents with constructability focus.
• Apply building codes, zoning, accessibility, and local standards to resolve design challenges.
• Collaborate with internal disciplines, consultants, developers, and contractors across all project phases.
• Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure quality, client requirements, and schedule adherence.
