Larson Design Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design teams, collaborate with clients and developers, and ensure project deliverables meet design intent, schedules, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience, is a Registered Architect with NCARB, and proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, and Photoshop. This role offers growth, mentorship, and a collaborative ESOP-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree from NAAB-accredited institution.
• Minimum 12 years of job-related experience.
• Registered Architect (RA) with NCARB certification required.
• Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and architectural design of projects, managing technically complex and schedule-driven work.
• Review and refine work produced by project team members for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Prepare and oversee development of detailed construction documents with focus on constructability and coordination.
• Apply building codes, zoning, accessibility, and local standards to resolve design challenges.
• Collaborate with internal disciplines, consultants, developers, and contractors across all project phases.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and schedules.
• Support project managers in proposal development, scope definition, budgeting, and labor-hour estimating.
• Partner with clients, retailers, and developers to define and refine project scope and design solutions.
• Mentor architectural staff and promote professional growth within the team.
