The role requires a licensed Architect with 12+ years of experience, accreditation, NCARB preferred, and will oversee construction administration and interdisciplinary collaboration across projects while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect with current registration (NCARB preferred).
• At least 12 years of related experience; healing, learning, and/or discovery project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and documentation from concept through completion.
• Coordinate construction administration across projects.
• Mentor and develop staff to grow design and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to implement work plans.
• Ensure high-quality, fully coordinated design documents.
