Job summary

Perkins&Will in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Architect to contribute to design, technical documentation and project coordination across disciplines.

Responsibilities include coordinating documents, QA, coordinating with consultants, client communication, regulatory reviews, contract admin, and mentoring staff.

Required: bachelor's in architecture, architectural license, LEED GA within 6 months; proficiency in Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, Adobe CC, Enscape/Lumion/VRay, and 3D printing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline.
• Architectural license required or in process.
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, codes, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Understand design process and project goals to support design excellence.
• Coordinate project documentation and deliverables with efficiency.
• Review deliverables for conformance with standards and design intent.
• Lead QA reviews and project quality assurance.
• Coordinate internal and external disciplines and consultants.
• Communicate with clients on technical matters.
• Administer regulatory reviews and construction contract administration.
• Mentor staff and contribute to project marketing and interviews.
