You will lead technical project development from concept through construction, working directly with clients and consultants to shape innovative built environments.

Qualifications

Licensed Architect with Architecture degree and 8+ years of progressive architectural experience.
Strong background in technical design, construction documentation, field observation, building materials, specifications, and construction methods.
Experience on multifamily, high-rise, or higher education projects; knowledge of building and zoning codes and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical development, coordination, and refinement of projects through all phases of design and construction documentation.
Produce and oversee construction documents, detailing, building systems integration, material selection, and specification coordination.
Manage project technical documentation, including change orders, proposal requests, scope revisions, and project manuals.
Conduct site observations, prepare field reports, and support project closeout activities, including punch lists and occupancy certifications.
Serve as a project leader by managing small teams, supporting staffing and scheduling efforts, and collaborating closely with project leadership and clients.
