Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture required

• LEED Green Associate or BD+C credential preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate course of action and make independent decisions within responsibilities
• Develop architectural program statements and building programs for capital projects
• Evaluate proposals from consultants and participate in selection
• Prepare and execute contracts for engaging consultants
• Direct activities of architects, engineers, interior designers and other professionals
• Conduct project meetings; track and analyze projects
• Maintain high quality standards while managing the design process
• Advise clients and administrators on facility planning and building design
• Prepare graphics and narrative reports for projects and presentations
• Review campus plans and ensure regulatory compliance
