Ann Arbor Collaborative Architecture (A3C) is seeking a Senior Architect to lead complex projects from concept through construction. You will coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines, mentor junior staff, and lead client meetings and design reviews.

The role emphasizes collaboration, sustainability, and technical excellence in healthcare, education, and institutional environments. A Registered Architect license in Michigan is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive architectural design and project experience.
• Valid RA license in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design activities on complex projects from concept through construction.
• Provide architectural leadership and direction throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Mentor intermediate and junior staff and provide technical guidance.
• Lead client meetings, design presentations and project updates.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
