Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• ArchER implementation experience with IRM/GRC in a client consulting environment (3+ years).
• Excellent communication skills with impact.
• Proven problem-solving, critical thinking, and digital fluency.
• Leadership, driving outcomes, emotional agility, and team-leading ability.
• Adaptability and learning agility; experience in managing change and negotiation.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on technical consulting and client-facing experience.
• Expertise with Archer platform configuration, workflow, data feeds, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and Archer-based solution delivery in a client-consulting setting.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on Archer GRC delivery and configurations.
• Ensure technical deliverables are complete, high-quality, and on time.
• Oversee end-to-end architecture and delivery of Archer IRM/GRC solutions.
