Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 3 years Archer implementation experience with IRM (GRC) in a client consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with impact.
• Track record of complex problem-solving, critical thinking and digital fluency.
• Leadership qualities, driving outcomes, emotional agility, and leading teams.
• Adaptability and learning agility, with experience managing change and influencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and maintain domain expertise on Archer platform and related modules.
• Lead all technical aspects of offering development, project delivery, and solution delivery on Archer.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on Archer GRC solutions delivery.
• Ensure technical deliverables are complete, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
