EY is seeking a Senior in Solution Architecture focused on Archer GRC (IRM) implementations for US clients. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, lead delivery, and guide architecture decisions across multiple projects.

Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive outcomes and client satisfaction. This role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, from requirements to deployment, leveraging cloud, microservices, and open-source tech while maintaining risk and quality

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 3 years relevant Archer implementation experience in a client consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate with impact.
• Strong problem-solving, digital fluency, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Archer/GRC delivery across client projects with focus on IRM (GRC) implementations.
• Oversee all technical aspects of Archer platform delivery and solution architecture.
• Be SME on Archer GRC delivery and ensure high-quality, timely outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
