ICF is seeking a senior Archaeology Project/Program Manager to plan, monitor, and manage cultural resources projects across the Pacific Northwest and western United States. The role supports CRM growth, collaborates with environmental program managers, and works with CRM leaders across geographies.

The position can be based in Portland, OR or Seattle, WA, with full or partial remote flexibility. Candidates should combine archaeology expertise with regulatory experience to deliver project

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing cultural resources projects or programs.
• Strong regulatory compliance expertise across SEPA, NEPA, and Section 106.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and agencies.

Aufgaben

• Serve as project or task manager on large cultural resources projects.
• Provide analyses for regulatory reviews under SEPA, NEPA, and Section 106; prepare defensible documentation.
• Interface directly with key clients and build relationships.
• Contribute to pursuing new projects and proposals.
• Oversee methods, QA, schedules, and budgets for deliverables.
• Mentor less experienced staff and support team growth.
