Job summary

ICF is seeking a senior archaeologist to plan, monitor, and manage cultural resources projects in the Pacific Northwest and western United States. The Archaeology Project/Program Manager will help deliver CRM services and grow the practice across geographies, partnering with environmental program managers and CRM leaders.

The role combines archaeology with regulatory compliance to develop SEPA, NEPA, and Section 106 analyses, while contributing to marketing and proposals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in anthropology or related field.
• 10+ years of CRM and/or environmental planning experience in relevant markets.
• Experience with SEPA, NHPA Section 106 findings and related analyses.
• Oregon Qualified Archaeologist or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project or task manager on cultural resources projects.
• Provide regulatory analysis for SEPA, NEPA, and Section 106 reviews.
• Interface with key clients and maintain client relationships.
• Identify new project leads, develop pursuit strategies, and write proposals.
• Apply methods and QA processes to deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff in technical, business development, and client relations.
