Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Pasadena, CA is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to head our tree care crew and perform arboricultural tasks safely and efficiently. You will lead on-site work and mentor team members while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience supervising crews and delivering safe, high-quality tree care services.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform and supervise all arboriculture tasks (pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, removals).
• Operate and maintain equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Supervise crews and ensure training for each job assignment.
• Communicate with clients and maintain relationships.
