Bartlett Tree Experts in San Diego, CA seeks an Arborist Crew Leader to supervise and perform tree care services. You will lead a crew, ensure safe operations, and train team members across pruning, cabling, rigging, and removals on diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of tree climbing and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks including pruning, cabling/bracing, rigging, and removals.
• Maintain and operate equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Lead and manage crews, ensure training for designated jobs, and uphold company standards.
• Communicate with clients and build relationships on site.
