Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader in Seattle, WA to lead a tree care crew and perform arboreal services safely and efficiently. You will train and supervise teammates, ensure equipment is well-maintained, and uphold safety and client service standards.

The role requires hands-on arboriculture work, prunings, rigging, removals, and strong teamwork in an outdoor setting year-round. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of tree climbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to supervise and manage crews on-site.
• Willlingness to work outdoors year-round in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks.
• Pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, and removals.
• Maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Supervising and managing crews and ensuring proper training.
• Communicating with clients and building relationships on site.
