You will supervise crews, ensure proper training for each assignment, uphold industry standards, and communicate with clients to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Three years of tree climbing and aerial lift experience in tree care.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform and supervise all arboriculture tasks, including pruning, cabling/bracing, rigging, removals.
• Maintain and operate equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Lead and supervise crews; ensure training for each job assignment.
• Communicate with clients and build relationships.
• Ensure work adheres to industry and company standards.
