Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader in Woodlands, TX to guide a tree care crew in delivering safe, high-quality arboriculture services. You will supervise pruning, cabling, rigging, and removals while ensuring proper tool operation and crew training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tree climbing (DdRT/SRT) in tree care.
• Experience operating aerial lifts.
• Valid driver's license; Class B preferred.
• Able to work outdoors year-round in all weather.
• Proactive, positive attitude; team-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform and supervise pruning, cabling/bracing, rigging, and removals.
• Maintain and operate equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Lead and motivate the crew with a cooperative attitude on site.
• Ensure each crew member is trained for designated jobs.
• Ensure work is performed to industry and company standards.
• Communicate with clients and build relationships.

Skills

Tree climbing (DdRT/SRT)

Aerial lift experience

Driver's license (Class B preferred)
