Matrix Service Company in Tulsa, OK seeks a Sr. Accounts Receivable Associate to manage complex EPC billing processes, including milestone, unit-price, and time-and-material billing.

You will partner with project management, engineering, procurement, and accounting teams to support order-to-cash performance and drive accurate invoicing and collections across the full project lifecycle. The role requires 4+ years of AR experience in a construction/ EPC environment, strong contract knowledge, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ general accounting and/or accounts receivable experience.
• Strong construction industry experience.
• Extensive knowledge of contract types (Lump Sum, AIA, T&M, Cost Plus and Unit Price).
• Experience with invoicing, cash applications, and AR reporting.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex EPC billing processes including milestone, unit-price, and time‑and‑materials billing.
• Invoice in compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Monitor AR aging, collect past due invoices, and report results.
• Prepare AR reports and provide actionable insights for management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, engineering, procurement, and accounting teams.
