Job summary

UE Manufacturing in Oklahoma City is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize billing, revenue recognition support, and AR performance. The role interfaces with Finance, Operations, Service, Project Management, and Sales to ensure invoices are accurate and revenue is captured.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting or billing, ERP experience, advanced Excel, and a track record building dashboards and management reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting, billing, revenue analysis, accounts receivable, or related fields.
• Experience supporting service, construction, manufacturing, or project-based businesses.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience building dashboards and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contract terms, service agreements, project milestones, and customer requirements.
• Review work orders, service tickets, purchase orders, and project documentation to ensure billable items are invoiced timely.
• Monitor billing cycle performance and identify opportunities to improve invoice timeliness.
• Support revenue recognition activities and billing compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Service, Project Management, and Sales to ensure invoices are issued accurately and revenue is captured.
