• Experience preparing AIA progress billings.
• Understanding AR processes, reconciliations, and collections.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and documentation.
• Effective communication and cross-department coordination.

• Prepare, review, and submit monthly AIA progress billings with supporting docs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and customers to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain project billing schedules and track submission deadlines.
• Manage customer billing portals (GCPay, Procore, Textura).
• Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collections.
• Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.
