Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. seeks an Accounts Receivable Resource to train and guide business office managers in accurate billing and timely collections in Southern California. You will ensure correct revenue recording across multiple facilities while supporting operations under the AR leadership.

The role requires SNF/LTC AR experience, training ability, and strong Excel/Power tools proficiency. Travel to nearby locations and collaboration with the Director of AR are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Office Manager experience in the skilled nursing (SNF) / LTC setting.
• Accounts Receivable experience in a skilled nursing (SNF) / LTC setting.
• 2+ years’ experience in multi-facility oversight role preferred.
• PointClickCare experience preferred.
• Nevada Medicaid Billing and Applications preferred.
• Ability to travel long distance.
• Able to prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of state regulations.
• RFMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the locations accounts receivable functions under the supervision of the Director of Accounts Receivable.
• Analyze AR functions and processes to optimize workflow and productivity, and report deficiencies and best practices.
• Provide subject matter training to business office staff across locations.
• Monitor, update and train financial policies and procedures according to company and industry regulations.
• Communicate best practices with peers and staff at assigned locations.
• Assist and provide corrective action to AR workflow processes at locations.
• Coordinate month-end close processes when staff vacancies require coverage.
• Coordinate AR functions when location positions are vacant.
