Action Target Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Provo, UT. You will manage day-to-day AR/AP tasks, ensure accurate billing, monitor collections, and support audits with precise account reconciliations.

The role requires 5+ years of AR experience, an accounting/finance degree, and strong Excel skills. ERP experience is a plus, with employee discounts on gear and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and customer portals is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full-cycle accounts receivable processes including invoicing and payment posting.
• Follow up with customers via email and phone to resolve outstanding invoices.
• Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on time.
• Review billing data for accuracy and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
