Job summary

Automox is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to own billing, collections, and cash application in a fully remote environment. You will ensure accurate invoicing across expansions, renewals, and modifications while partnering with Sales, Success, and Finance.

You have 5+ years in AR or related roles, with NetSuite and SuiteBilling experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing complex AR operations.
• Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication with a customer-focused approach to collections.
• High level of independence and self-motivation, with a demonstrated ability to excel in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with business tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Tesorio, Gmail, and Stripe is a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription billing is a preferred.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment as a proactive self-starter, and is comfortable adopting AI and automation tools to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process the end-to-end accounts receivable process ensuring timely and accurate invoicing across various transactions including new business, expansions, contract modifications, auto-renewals, multi-year agreements, and overages.
