Addison Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager for a fully remote, temporary assignment. The role will oversee day-to-day AR operations, manage a team, and ensure accurate invoicing, cash application, and reconciliations in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in AR management, strong NetSuite experience, and familiarity with major retailer portals like Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart, or Target.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of accounts receivable management experience.
• Strong NetSuite experience is required.
• Experience with major retailer portals like Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart or Target.
• Previous experience leading an AR team.
• Solid understanding of AR processes and accounting principles.
• Experience in high-volume transactional environment.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliations, and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AR team and oversee daily AR operations.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, cash application, and reconciliations.
• Handle AR inquiries and serve as AR contact across departments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance to resolve billing/payment issues.
• Oversee collections activities and manage aging reports.
• Develop and maintain AR SOPs and internal controls.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Monitor AR KPIs and provide forecasting.
