Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an Aptitude Superintendent 2 based in Tempe, AZ to manage complex Aptitude projects and lead low voltage trades. You will oversee safety, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with subcontractors and owners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will mentor staff, drive quality standards, and leverage JE Dunn construction technology to optimize project performance across multiple scopes of work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Strong knowledge of low voltage systems and related trades.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction technology used by JE Dunn.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Aptitude projects from start to finish.
• Manage safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Coordinate design and construction for low voltage systems.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and cost reporting.
• Collaborate with owners, design teams and subcontractors to deliver quality outcomes.
