Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company seeks an Aptitude Superintendent 2- Denver to lead complex low voltage projects, manage safety programs, and coordinate subcontractors. You will plan schedules, monitor costs, and ensure quality across trade partners in a demanding construction environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to project plans, communicating with owners and teams, and supporting project closeouts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience in division 8/23/25/27/28 systems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to injury-free work.
• Manage low voltage tech subcontractors and schedules.
• Coordinate design and construction efforts meeting standards.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Maintain project budgets, costs and progress reporting.
• Communicate with owners, design team, and subcontractors.
