Job summary

Aptitude is seeking an experienced Superintendent 2 to lead complex intelligent integration projects. You will manage Aptitude trade partners, plan construction sequencing, and drive timely, profitable completion aligned with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

This role requires coordinating across teams, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence while promoting diversity and inclusion within the project team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience (Required).
• 5+ years experience in Division 8/23/25/27/28 related systems (Required).
• 3+ years field supervision experience (Required).
• Experience managing projects (Preferred).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment across projects.
• Manage client and project team communications and issue escalation for low voltage scopes.
• Coordinate design and construction efforts to meet standards and budgets.
• Oversee low voltage subcontractors, staff, and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and ensure timely project delivery.
