Job summary

Mitto is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the enterprise sales team, ensuring seamless integration and onboarding for customers. You will drive PoCs, lead cross-functional collaboration, and present Mitto’s infrastructure and security to clients during pre-sales.

The role requires fluency in English and Italian, a fast-learning mindset, and strong analytical and organizational skills in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional education.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and think analytically.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PoC and evaluation stages with enterprise sales as technical advisor.
• Coordinate with support, routing, engineering, and product management during PoCs.
• Serve as primary technical contact with clients during pre-sales.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations covering Mitto infrastructure and security.
• Capture customer requirements and relay to Product Management.
• Oversee technical onboarding of new enterprise customers.
