The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex legal and business needs into actionable plans for engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Planning, or Program Management.
• Ability to manage complex portfolios with cross-team dependencies across time zones.
• Translate legal and business considerations into actionable requirements for engineering/product teams.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams toward unified program outcomes.
• Proficiency with productivity and AI tools to improve workflows.
• Strong executive stakeholder communication with briefing materials and decks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program frameworks, SOPs, and tracking systems across a global multi-organization program.
• Drive real-time status reporting to monitor program health, legal compliance, contract milestones, and launch readiness.
• Anticipate roadblocks in product delivery, content rights validation, and model integration, then unblock teams.
• Partner with Business lead to track outreach, regional nuances, and negotiation stages for visibility across workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints to resolve redlines, workflow blockers, and localization issues quickly.
• Lead executive meeting preparation, curate agendas, and develop executive-ready presentation decks.
• Facilitate recurring syncs, working groups, and business reviews across AIML, Siri, Apps, Legal, and partners.
• Drive action items, follow-through, and accountability across teams and leadership levels.
