Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience developing program plans and managing complex cross-functional engineering programs in a technical product environment.
• 5+ years leading AI-first programs end to end – involving machine-learning or LLM systems.
• Experience running programs spanning client, services, data, AI/ML, platform, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for large-scale cross-functional initiatives across client software, backend services, data systems, and ML.
• Define the plan of record including roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive narrative.
• Mentor junior EPMs and elevate program-management practices across the team.
• Maintain operating cadence to align multiple teams on expectations and deadlines.
• Communicate status, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity.
