You will collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure scalable, sustainable systems and timely product launches with high quality and availability. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven decisions, and leadership across IS&T and business teams to align with Apple’s priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a program manager or team lead in global organizations.
• 5+ years expertise in Operations Order to Cash process and systems.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 Hana or Operations planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop a production support strategy prioritizing prevention using technology.
• Apply AI/ML to analyze patterns and set roadmaps for execution.
• Manage day-to-day sustaining support activities (L1/L2) for IS&T and non-IS&T apps.
• Execute incident, downtime, quarterly business reviews, and monthly analytics across apps.
• Foster collaboration across orgs to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead monthly cross-functional reviews and quarterly reviews at application/process levels.
• Incubate new tech and processes to improve efficiency and reduce issues.
