Qualifications

• Three+ years experience in application or venture control, QA management, or comparable position leading cross‑functional product or software program engineering groups.
• 3+ years experience bringing a product from concept to completion, ideally operating on user‑facing functions and/or complex backend and front‑end structures.
• 3+ years in human‑resources management, enjoy recruiting and building successful groups of program managers.
• Deep information of software development lifecycle and excellent metrics.
• Self‑enough in studying and drawing conclusions about excellence from raw and delicate information.
• Self‑stimulated and proactive, with proven creative and crucial thinking abilities.
• Awesome communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all tiers of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Siri OS program team with clear planning, monitoring, communication and issue resolution.
• Assist with the improvement and execution of SLAs with ML structure assessment engineering and release qualification processes.
• Collaborate with AIML and cross‑functional teams to align strategy with product and engineering needs.
