Job summary

Apple Services Engineering (ASE) in Cupertino, California, is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to drive end-to-end ML/GenAI programs for the Apple Media Products (AMP).

You will lead planning, requirements gathering, timeline management, and resource allocation while collaborating with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Privacy, and Business Operations to define product roadmaps and manage the feature intake pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience across multiple stakeholders.
• End-to-end ML/GenAI project management experience.
• BA/BS in CS, CE, or similar field or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end ML/GenAI programs for AMP across multiple features.
• Define roadmaps, requirements, timelines, and resource plans with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Privacy, and others.
