Job summary

LILT is seeking a Senior TPM of Applied AI to bridge research and industrial-scale execution. You will architect data workflows for training next-generation LLMs across multimodal data and act as a CEO of your customer’s success.

You will lead frontier AI programs, ensure data quality across languages, and drive cross-functional collaboration among engineering, research, and production teams from a remote setup based in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/MS in CS/AI or PhD with 5+ years in high-growth AI/engineering.
• Entrepreneurial mindset from founding or scaling a venture or startup.
• Strategic execution with experience managing frontier AI labs.
• Frontier AI expertise in data pipelines for LLMs or multimodal models.
• Experience with high-throughput programs and automated validation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Entrepreneurial Benchmark Leadership: co-develop benchmark transcreations with research labs.
• Frontier Lab Program Management: lead end-to-end programs for frontier AI labs.
• High-Volume Data Operations: design pipelines for multimodal data delivery.
• End-to-End Quality Control: implement QC frameworks for data integrity.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: align engineering, research and production teams.
