Job summary

LILT is seeking a Senior TPM of Applied AI to bridge research and production at scale. You will lead benchmark transformations, co‑develop with research labs, and architect data pipelines to support next-gen LLMs and multimodal models.

You will own end‑to‑end programs, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and ensure quality control across multilingual data. This role offers remote work with Australia-based eligibility and career growth in a cutting‑edge AI company.

Qualifications

• Education in CS/AI with 10+ years industry experience or Ph.D. with 5+ years in high-growth AI environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: founded or scaled a venture or operated in an early-stage startup.
• Strategic execution: manage high-stakes stakeholder relationships with frontier AI labs.
• Frontier AI expertise: experience with data pipelines for LLMs or multimodal models.
• Scale and quality: experience with high-throughput programs and automated validation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO of the customer’s business by proposing and co-developing benchmark transcreations with research lab partners.
• Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority technical programs for frontier AI labs and data delivery milestones.
• Architect and oversee pipelines for high-volume multimodal data delivery with strict cadence and accuracy.
• Partner with production to implement automated and human-in-the-loop QC frameworks across domains and languages.
• Bridge engineering, research, and production to meet frontier AI market needs.
